Broker and owner of Consumers
Mortgage Consumers Realty, Bob Mallison is a 30-year
veteran in the finance industry. He is licensed as
an Enrolled Agent to represent clients before the
Internal Revenue Service. Also, he is a Certified
Financial Planner. Bob is in his 9th year of his
weekly live radio talk show where he speaks on the
local and national Real Estate and Mortgage
Industries. He answers listeners calls live on the
air. In addition, Bob speaks before civic and social
groups and holds public seminars, discussing such
unique topics as complex financing, tax issues,
credit issues, foreclosure, bankruptcy and income
real estate investing.
Bob is a GRI REALTORŪ who employs a staff of
professionals that have an average of 25 years of
experience. Bob brings financial discipline and a
broader understanding of investments to his clients.
He is a member of and a former state director for
the California Association of Mortgage Brokers. He
is also a member of the California Mortgage
Association and a member of four Southern California
Board of REALTORSŪ.
Bob specializes as a Buyers’ Agent, one who
exclusively represents the interests of the buyer in
the purchase of their property and has been awarded
the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) by the
Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the
National Association of REALTORSŪ. He also holds
certifications as a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist and a
Short Sales Specialist following a period of
intensive class work and textbook training.
